Acclaimed performer and musician Jason Petty brings the authentic and insightful story to the life of one of the most influential singer/songwriters ever in his Hank Williams Celebration. Petty gives audiences a personal look at Williams growing up, how he became famous, who influenced him, and performers today he has influenced.

The show spans decades of Hank’s hits like “Hey Good Lookin’” and “I’m So Lonesome I Could Cry” to the songs of Hank’s influencers (including Jimmie Rodgers, the Carter Family, Roy Acuff, and more); and those performers who were influenced by Hank (including Alan Jackson, Elvis, George Jones, and more).

Jason Petty made a striking impression on New York’s Theatre District, starring in “Hank Williams: Lost Highway” which played for nine months to sold out audiences. Petty won rave reviews from major critics, including The New York Times, Variety, and Rolling Stone, and was honored with an “Outstanding Actor” Obie Award for “Outstanding Actor” for his amazing acting ability in his portrayal of Hank Williams.

“At times it seems as if Petty is not just offering an impersonation of Williams, but channeling his ghost.” – The New York Post
