Port Wing Plein Air Painting Festival

Celebrate the art of outdoor painting! Observe artists painting in the open air on Thursday & Saturday mornings, with the artwork Exhibition on Saturday evening through Sunday morning. Art awards will be announced Saturday afternoon. Free to spectators.

Feel free to participate in the Community Plein Air Painting Project. The yellow easel, a BertonBox, is a complete painting station which we make available to anyone in the Port Wing community 24/7, from July 1 until mid-August. There are 22 of these scattered around town at picturesque sites. The only requirement is that the artist leave the canvases until after the Plein Air Festival Exhibition. Enjoy a community plein air painting by visiting one of the many Berton Boxes throughout town!
