Savor the Solstice - A Cocktail and Beer Tasting Adventure

Imagine yourself on the porch of a stately, Greek Revival stagecoach inn, savoring a cocktail as the sun settles on the longest day of the year. Better yet: give your imagination a rest and reserve your spot for this hands-on evening of cocktail tasting and crafting in the taproom of Wade House—and on the deck of our Sawmill Saloon. Sip a tasty beverage from a schooner while on a schooner—a horse-drawn Prairie Schooner, no less—during a leisurely ride through the Kettle Moraine.

Heidi Retzer, owner of Ledgerock Distillery, a local, small batch craft distillery, will lead a tasting of Ledgerock spirits. Participants will sample Farm Boy Bourbon, Ledgerock Corn Whiskey, Ledgerock Vodka and Grandview Garden Gin. In addition, you’ll learn mixology tips and tricks while you indulge in samples of cocktails, drink craft brews and nibble on snacks and appetizers that pair with each drink. Must be 21+ to participate.
