Take a Kid Fishing Derby

The Janesville Recreation Division, Blackhawk Musky Club, and It's A Keeper Bait & Tackle sponsor this fun-filled, family event for kids ages 3-14. Please bring your own rod, reel, and bait. Activities include a kids' casting contest, a biggest fish contest, and minnow races. Concessions are available for purchase, and a variety of prizes will be awarded. No license is required, but registration is requested. Registration is open May 1 - 31. Register online, at the Recreation Division office, or at It's a Keeper Bait & Tackle.
