About this Event

Thrills and Chills presented with Quantum PC — A day of festive Halloween fun for the entire family! The Costume Parade begins at 10 am from Martin Park and concludes at the Old Bell Tower. Activities include making your own trick-or-treat bags, costume parade, haunted house, pumpkin carving, and trick-or-treating throughout downtown Sturgeon Bay from 10 am-3 pm.
