Trempealeau Annual Birding Festival

Join us for the Annual Birding Festival, celebrating migratory bird conservation with this year’s theme: “Shared Spaces: Creating Bird-Friendly Cities and Communities.” Enjoy bird hikes, a guided photography walk, bird banding demonstrations, a DIY bird feeder station, informational booths, book giveaways, a native plant raffle, and live birds from River Valley Raptors. Explore the Best of Refuge Photo Contest Exhibition and attend engaging presentations on bird-friendly topics throughout the morning. All bird hikes require pre-registration due to limited space.
