The biennial outdoor art exhibit along the harbor features ten inspiring works of art. The Arts Fund, a component of the Kenosha Community Foundation, volunteers, and sponsors make it possible. Start at 6th Avenue and 54th Street. You can see the sculptures by foot, car, bicycle, boat, electric streetcar.
