Hidden Cave Cidery was founded by a local Wisconsinite, Walker Fanning, a University of Wisconsin-Madison grad with a dream to support local Wisconsin agriculture. Every bottle of Hidden Cave Cider is packed with Wisconsin apples and sweetened with local ingredients. Patrons can enjoy the outdoor patio and one of four picnic tables (built by hand by Fanning and his tasting room manager) and enjoy some of Hidden Cave’s creations on the back patio. Reservations are not required but they do ensure you a table. The indoor tasting room is also open throughout the winter. Check their website for weekend tasting events like special pairings.
