About Rebellion Brewing Co.
Founded in 2018 by three enthusiastic home brewers, Rebellion Brewing Company continues Cedarburg's brewing history in the historic Cedarburg Mill. The three founders took over in the basement of the mill and quickly made the brewery into a popular destination for locals as well as visitors to Cedarburg's historic downtown. It's a hidden gem along beautiful Cedar Creek, with a relaxing outdoor patio and a historic stone interior.
Besides great beers, they also offer a full assortment of shots, mixed drinks and a famous Bloody Mary!
