Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993, a Wauwatosa original and the flagship restaurant in The Bartolotta Restaurants portfolio, welcomes guests with inspired menus based on authentic and traditional Italian dining. Take a culinary journey through regional Italy, from the coast of Sicily to the peaks of the Italian Alps. The menu changes every four to six weeks, focusing on different regions, and flavors, of the country.
When the weather permits, enjoy a relaxed, outdoor dining experience on the La Terrazza, courtyard, where you can enjoy your meal under the evening sky.
Featured on Episode 1 of Season 21 of Bravo’s Top Chef, Chef Paul Bartolotta, co-owner of the acclaimed Bartolotta Restaurants and a four-time nominee and two-time James Beard award winner, appeared as a guest judge in the season's first elimination challenge.
