Bendtsen's Bakery is a must-see attraction in Racine, Wisconsin. The bakery, known for its Authentic Danish Kringle, has been featured on the Food Network's "Bobby and Jamie Dean Road Tasted Show," Discover Wisconsin, "Eat Your Way Across the USA," Road Food, and "Day Trips from Chicago," just to name a few. Because Bendtsen's Bakery hand rolls the dough the same as we have since 1934, our kringle is unique and authentic to the pastry, except for the oval shape we make them in now.
