About Larsen Bakery
Larsen Bakery, known as "Racine's Original Kringle," uses century-old Copenhagen recipes to make over 30 varieties of Kringle. The pastry-making process takes three days to create a light, flaky pastry that is full of flavor. They use fresh fruits, nuts, and other seasonal ingredients for filling, and then top it with sugar or white roll icing.
Larsen Bakery is a family-run bakery that has been around for three generations.
