About Timber Hill Winery

This boutique winery uses cold-climate varietals that can withstand Wisconsin's harsh winters and produces wine in small quantities to achieve the best quality. They offer more than 40 wines to sample, from sweet to dry to even spicy. Try their award-winning Muscat, the extra spicy Jalapeno wine, the Social Sweet Series, or a wine cocktail. To add to your visit, they offer delicious sandwiches and brunch items as well as Wisconsin cheese boards, dips, pizzas, desserts and other shareables to pair with your wine.

Don't miss out on the monthly events such as comedy nights, wineo bingo, live music, trivia and other fun activities. The spacious winery is available for private events, featuring an outdoor patio and private event rooms. In the winter, you can even reserve a heated dome on the patio for your small group.

They also offer a 45-minute guided tasting experience called "Behind the Vines" every Saturday at 11 AM and 2 PM (advance booking required). It blends education, storytelling, and thoughtful pairings to give guests a deeper appreciation for the wines and the craftsmanship behind them. This private experience includes four curated wine samples, each paired with a curated charcuterie cone. They can accommodate groups up to 18 at a time, and guests are invited to continue enjoying additional tastings, glasses, bottles, and the full food menu afterward.
