Green Innovations

  • Business’ landscape conservation and management efforts serve as a positive example of sustainability practices possible at a golf course.
  • Narrowed mowing area and planted trees between fairways.
  • Installed computerized irrigation system so that watering takes place overnight to avoid evaporation, and only the areas that need it get watered. The “rough” is neither mowed nor irrigated.
  • Support several local community activities and organizations (Antigo Langlade County Chamber, Pearson-Pickeral Business Association, Big Twin Lake Association, local school band and golf programs, local fire and rescue volunteers, local women’s shelter, United Way, local snowmobile club, etc.).
