Conover-Phelps Trail

Trail Description

This 10.2 mile stretch begins at the Conover Town Park, passes through the business district, and, following railroad grade, runs past marshland, woodlands, and on into the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest and completes at the Lakefront Pines Park in Phelps.

Condition Description

Please note: The CP trail will be closed on Monday, August 11, beginning at 8:00 am for routine maintenance spraying of invasive weeds on the trail. Trail will reopen on Tuesday, August 12, at 8:00 am.
