Trail Description
The 14.3-mile trail, which is easy to navigate, follows an abandoned railroad corridor connecting Richland Center and Lone Rock in picturesque Richland County. Hikers can enjoy breathtaking views of river bluffs, marshland, as well as thick woodlands and farmland. The trail, aptly named after the Pine River, remains in close proximity to the river throughout its course.
