Trail Description
Explore the captivating beauty of the Ice Age National Scenic Trail in Portage County. As part of the larger 1,200-mile network, Portage County's portion invites you to embark on an adventure filled with exploration and discovery as you hike through diverse landscapes shaped by ancient glaciers.
Condition Description
A section of the IAT between Stratton Lake Rd and 2nd Ave will be closed for approximately 3 weeks due to dead tree removal. To bypass this section, hikers will be directed to use the white-blazed Faraway Valley Loop.
