This Kenosha County park on Lake Michigan includes simple Prairie Chapel, restored Victorian Mansion (Durkee Mansion), St. Mary’s Convent, Kemper Hall Campus, Anderson Arts Center and renovated Conference Center. Chapel and rooms available for weddings, receptions, meetings and other events. Anderson Arts Center is the place where modern day art meets historical architecture along a timeless lake view. Durkee Mansion is open for tours on weekend afternoons, April through October. The 1860's await you in great splendor and elegance in this lovingly restored mansion. Stroll through the halls of this magnificent home of the former senator Charles Durkee.
