A restored cheese factory on the banks of the Sugar River in Paoli. Seven Acre features an upscale restaurant and bar; a casual café; a boutique hotel; event and meeting space for parties and gatherings; a micro-dairy plant producing our own butter and soft-serve ice cream, and seven acres of restored oak savanna, manicured gardens, and private lawns, all bounded by the meandering Sugar River and local dairy farms.

The Inn at Seven Acre is a boutique hotel featuring eight well-appointed rooms and suites, all with modern amenities and charming decor that blend contemporary design with our historic factory’s architecture to create a wonderfully-authentic guest experience.

The Kitchen at Seven Acre celebrates the historic farmstead cooking of the region while highlighting the food growers, producers, and artisans of the Sugar River Valley.

The Dairy Cafe is our casual, counter-service cafe, serving breakfast and lunch. Our menu features locally-roasted coffee; fresh bakery items; salads; soups; and sandwiches. Make sure to try our famous soft-serve ice cream made in-house with milk from the Sarbacker family at Fischerdale Holsteins.
