Saxon Creamery handcrafts award-winning European-style cheeses using milk from pasture-grazed Wisconsin cows to create a unique flavor profile that enhances the taste of each cheese.

Through a self-guided tour, explore our Visitor Center and learn about Saxon Creamery cheeses and our cheesemaking operations. Monday-Friday from 9 am-5 pm take a behind-the-scenes look at our cheesemaking process, from the viewing windows. All of our cheeses are made on-site!

After your tour, stop by the cafe and enjoy one of our delicious paninis featuring our cheeses. And don't forget to take home some cheese! Our Shoppe offers a wide variety of our Wisconsin made Saxon Creamery and LaClare Family Creamery cheeses. We also offer ice cream, wine, and specialty products. Sample some award-winning Big Ed's Gouda.
