Joe's Pasty Shop

JLapachin
Our pasties are about 12 oz and plenty for one meal per person. We make our pasty dough from scratch with freshly rendered local pork lard to avoid hydrogenated oils and roll it very thin to create a very tender flaky crust.

Since 2003, Joe's Pasty Shop in Rhinelander, Wisconsin has done more than refine an old tradition: We've started a new one. Inspired by farm to table and slow food movements we have collaborated with local farms to create delicious and interesting pasty flavors. Joe's makes everything from scratch in small batches in our commercial kitchen, from Traditional or Cornish to Bacon Cheeseburger and Breakfast pasties.
