The Chazen Museum of Art is located on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the heart of a bustling college town and is just a short walk away from the state capitol. The 176,000-square-foot museum boasts a vast collection of approximately 25,000 works of art from various cultures, geographic locations, and historical periods. The collection includes pieces from ancient Greece, Western Europe, the Soviet Empire, Moghul India, 18th-century Japan, and modern Africa. The museum spreads over an area of
