Grounds are open year round to the public. Guided tours inside Windmill and Eskolin Dove-Tailed Loghouse are held annually on Midsummer in mid-June, the first Friday and weekend in October, (simultaneous with the Bayfield Apple Festival), and each third Saturday in the months of May thru September, or by appointment.

The unique historic Davidson Windmill from 1905, on the National Register, served local farmers milling flour and cracking cattle feed. It was constructed using local materials, its handmade gears are an engineering marvel.
