Experience a true Wisconsin tradition at Larsen Bakery, home of “Racine’s Original Kringle.” Using century-old Copenhagen recipes, this third-generation family-run bakery crafts more than 30 varieties of Wisconsin’s beloved state pastry. Each Kringle is made over a three-day process to create its signature light, flaky layers filled with fresh fruits, nuts, and seasonal ingredients, then topped with sugar or sweet icing.
