About Georgetown Trail
The Georgetown Trail is located on the Price County Forest west of Phillips. It is a multi-use trail open mid-May through mid-March to ATVing UTVing, and off-road motorcycling. The maximum width for UTVs is 65 inches. It is 15.8-miles including a short segment of existing forest road and 13 miles of trail with a gravel surface that meanders through a variety of different forest types. It is an out and back trail with parking areas located at both the north and south ends. Both parking areas have ATV/UTV/motorcycle ramps and ample room for parking. There are road routes from both parking areas which allow access to services in Phillips and in the Village of Kennan. Other uses permitted on the multi-use trail include hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and horseback riding.
