About Marathon County ATV Trails
There are two ATV/UTV areas in Marathon County. The Burma Forest Trails and the Edgar-Fenwood Trail. 12 miles of trail in the Burma Road Unit of the Marathon County Forest southwest of Wausau. The Edgar-Fenwood trailhead is located immediately south of the Mobil fuel station at 403 S. 3rd Ave. in Edgar, WI. This trail is an abandoned railroad grade trail that is 9.75 miles long, passing through Edgar and Fenwood and south where the trail ends just north of the Big Eau Pleine River.
