Perkinstown ATV Trail

The Perkinstown Motorized Trail is a two-way trail developed for ATV/UTVs 65" or less and motorcycles (and snowmobiles in the winter). Trail Length: 20 miles.

This trail is ideal for visitors of all ages, riding abilities and experience levels. The trail system is highlighted by rolling terrain, wooden bridges and a variety of woodlands and wetlands. The vegetation changes from low marsh areas and beaver ponds to forested uplands of hemlock, hardwoods and red pine plantations.

The north endpoint of the trail is located at the Chippewa Recreation Area on the shores of Chequamegon Waters. A trailhead is also located on State Highway 64, which provides an information board with trail maps and vault toilet facilities.

An annual pass or day-use pass is required.
