River Road Tour

32 miles round trip - Start your trip at Preisler Park (check out the military themed murals on the Legion Hall prior to beginning your tours) and head north on Third Ave N., then east on 2nd St. N, then north on 1st Ave N./Agenda Road, the east (right) on North River Road. Enjoy the scenic tour along the banks of the Flambeau River. Turn right onto Creamery Road and follow it to the intersection of County F. Turn right and continue on County F as it enters Iron County. The Flowage is about two miles past the county line. The Turtle-Flambeau Flowage is the Crown Jewel of the North, resembling the Boundary Waters region of northern Minnesota and Canada. When you have finished exploring the area, retrace your route back to Park Falls.
