About Newton Blackmour State Trail
The Newton Blackmour State Trail now spans 22 miles on a former rail corridor in Outagamie County. The trail name is derived from the four communities the trail passes through: New London, Shiocton, Black Creek, and Seymour. The multipurpose trail accommodates hikers, bikers, and horseback riders as well as snowmobiles in the winter months.
