The dog exercise area is part of the 146-acre Metropolitan Refuse District (MRD) property. The three-acre off-leash dog park provides a twenty-car parking lot, shade, picnic tables, a fenced agility course, portable restrooms, dog waste disposal bags, and mowed trails. A permit is required for park use and can be purchased online or using self-registration at the park.
