About Track 52
The Track 52 Trailhead is located on Langlade-Price Road, 3/4 mile north of Highway 52, and approximately 2.5 miles west of the Kettlebowl Winter Park area. In the winter months, it is groomed for dog sledding & skijoring. Hiking is welcome year-round. Located in the heart of glacier country, the track weaves through rolling hills, straightaways, and curves, transitioning through northern hardwood, aspen, and conifer forests. Due to the hills, Track 52 is an intermediate to advanced skijoring trail.
Food & restroom facilities are available on winter weekends when Kettlebowl Ski Hill (approximately 3/4 mile from the trailhead) is open from noon to 4 pm.
This trail is free of charge. Maintenance and grooming are handled entirely by dedicated volunteers.
