Bodegon at Hotel Madrid
Bodegón, the restaurant at Hotel Madrid, is a fine dining experience that focuses on the rustic cuisine of Spain. Located within the historic Hotel Madrid building, Bodegón specialties include Suckling Pig, Veal Chops, and Dry-Aged Steaks.
The beverage program is comprised of one of the most select wine cellars in the city, a list of vermouths from around the world, craft beers and cocktails focused on what was found in the most prestigious hotels of Spain in the 1930's.
