Eagle Inn Sauk Prairie serves homemade soups and specials daily, breakfast all day, a great salad bar, kids menu, and more! When it comes to the food we serve, we refuse to cut corners. Everything is made from scratch, and if we can’t make it from scratch, we won’t serve it. Our breakfast offerings are so popular, we decided to make breakfast available all day. Choose from classic selections, like omelets, French toast, pancakes, corned beef hash, cinnamon rolls and house made doughnuts. Our full salad bar and homemade soups are popular at lunch, or choose to order our famous hot beef sandwich made from tender, slow cooked roasts, hand mashed potatoes and scratch made gravy. Dinner brings a variety of dishes that are all too tempting, like our prime rib, goulash and broasted chicken.
