Heirloom Café & Provisions is a Baileys Harbor café serving fresh, eclectic, and (generally) health conscious breakfast and lunch. Owners Katie Nicholas and Andy Gill opened Heirloom in late August 2018 with the goal of featuring local-sourced products in unique, creative and inviting way.  Heirloom’s goal is to provide Door County with a chef-driven, top quality menu in a fast-casual atmosphere. Drawing on travel experiences and most recently residing in Austin, TX, the menu consists of mostly scratch made items with a rotating selection of specials as well as grab & go options, beer, and wine.Both graduates of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, home has always been in Wisconsin for the Gill's. Katie’s grandparents and parents both have had homes in Door County her whole life.  Katie’s initial passion for food came from some of the County’s oldest establishments. Now she is pursuing her ultimate passion, creating her own menu and dining experience in a place she has always loved.
