Born in Naples, Italy over 200 years ago, Pizza Napoletana is known for its smoky-charred outer crust and soft, delicate center - traditionally eaten in Italy with a knife and fork. Each pizza is wood-fired at 1000 degrees in our imported Stefano Ferrara ovens.  Pies, along with the rest of their from-scratch menu options, are made with both locally sourced and imported Italian ingredients and served with our most important ingredient: Passion!
