The Harvey House
Hidden behind Madison’s Historic Train Depot, The Harvey House is a celebration of Wisconsin’s iconic supper clubs. Brought back to life by Midwest natives Shaina and Joe Papach, the old Baggage Claim House (and Train Car!) is now home to a stunning renovation where the history, culture and cuisine of the 19th century collides with modern design and culinary inspiration.
The menu celebrates its Midwestern roots featuring continental cuisine with its own modern twist - see the Superior Whitefish with Pumpernickel, Savoy Cabbage and Horseradish Sabayon or the Chicken Schnitzel with Canoe Harvested Rice, Charred Broccoli and Lemon Jus. Classic cocktails such as an Ice Cold Martini or Jerry Thomas Manhattan, and a thoughtfully curated wine list, foster an unmistakable atmosphere of Midwest congeniality where restaurants are once again destinations where strangers become friends.
