The Informalist
Chef Amy comes to The Informalist with a varied background, having pursued an MA in English Literature and lived overseas prior to entering the restaurant industry. Since then, she has been cooking in farm-to-table kitchens both in the Twin Cities and New York. In addition to supporting sustainable agriculture in the kitchen, she now enjoys developing a 60-acre permaculture farm together with her husband, Ming.
