The restaurant is owned and operated by three local women who are dedicated to bringing the fresh flavors of Japan to those in their very own neighborhood. Trio Ramen serves both meat-based and vegan-friendly ramen, traditional Japanese sides, like gyoza, pork puns and takoyaki (octopus fritters), and curry and noodle dishes.
