Located among the beautiful lakes, forests, and rolling hills of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, the Cable Natural History Museum has served to connect you to the Northwoods for over 50 years. View our collection of native Northwoods animal specimens, explore our current exhibit, play in the Curiosity Center, or attend one of our 160 public programs. What life lurks beneath our lakes? Dive in to the Museum’s 2017 exhibit, “Better Together!” and find out! You’ll never look at nature the same way again. Open May 2017.
