Owner and founder Christine Dixon is no stranger to the cheese industry. From growing up on a dairy farm to working with dairy processing companies in the area, she understands and appreciates the hard work that goes into each brick of cheese. That’s why they keep their selection local to support the amazing produce of our Wisconsin farmers.

Ask anyone what the best day of the week to visit, and they’ll tell you Tuesdays and Fridays (around 11am) for fresh cheese curd samples!
