All Columbia Snowmobile Ttails will CLOSE at 6:00AM on December 17,2025.

The EAST SIDE of Jackson County is open as of Friday 12/12. The west side of the county will remain closed at this time.

Trails to open January second 2026,weather and conditions permitting.

Zone 6 of the portage county snowmobile trail system will open at 8 am on Monday December15th. All other zones will remain closed. Please use caution when riding the trails It is early season riding and hazards could exist on the trails.

All Sauk County snowmobile trails will close at 6 am on Tuesday, December 16th, due to the warm temperatures heading our way. Check back often for updates as conditions change.

As of 12/15/25, zones 1-5 are open. Zone 6 is closed. Trail closing in zone 5, intersection 5 to 55.

We are 100% open with excellent conditions.

The ski hill is planned to be opened December 27th through December 31st, and on weekends starting January 3rd through March 15th, weather permitting. Tows will run from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
