Snow Report

Lakes are marked, and flashing beacons are at the entrances and exits of some marked lake trails. Watch out for fallen trees and limbs on the trails. The club is working to clear them. You can help by moving them off the trail. If you see a snow-covered trail sign, please brush it off.

Ice Heave on North Twin Lake

SNO-EAGLES-EAGLE RIVER TRAILS Trail 10/13 aka the Wisconsin River Bridge has been temporarily CLOSED due heavy slush & water. Trail 13S to Three Lakes is still CLOSED

The roads have lost the snow pack & ice in most places. Stay near the markers on lakes. Fence lake is still not marked Be cautious stay to the right & 55 at night.

Another busy weekend on the trails but all are in Good to Excellent shape after last nights grooming and a chilly temps. The Frosty Club groomers are out there 6-7 nights a week if conditions allow. Meat Raffle Saturday at Brews Pub and Comedy night at the Gateway Sunday 6 pm.

Due to rapidly deteriorating trail conditions, Lincoln County’s funded snowmobile trails in Zone 2, Zone 3, and Zone 4 will close effective immediately Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Lincoln County’s funded snowmobile trails in Zone 1 will remain open.

Trail F of Zone 2 between intersections #56 and #57 will be closed for the Season.

Snowmobile trails in Price county are in Very Good condition maintaining a 3.5" to 4" base despite the recent warming spell. They have pretty much been cleared of all the low hanging brush/branches. They continue to be groomed on a regular schedule.

Colder temperatures have returned with a couple inches of new snow overnight. The soft trails were worked with the equipment overnight before the colder weather set in so trails should set up to be in very good conditions.

Trail 7 between Spirit Lake and Maple Lake is closed. When visiting downtown businesses please park you sled on the corner of Highway 45 and County Highway A. There is no parking on town roads or parking lots of businesses. All lakes have been marked. Please stay close to the barrels.
