Snowmobile Report – December 25, 2025 Ashland County Snowmobile trails will partially open on Thursday, 12/25/25.Trails are panned but not groomed. See Below what trails are open.

NOTICE: Barron County Snowmobile Trails REMAIN CLOSED due to inadequate snow cover.

All State-funded Snowmobile and Winter ATV Trails are open except for Trail 18.

The Wild Rivers Trail Bridge of the Amnicon River is Close. There is a marked reroute around the bridge that includes road routes.

Be aware of a rough area on trail 41 just east of Ellen Smith Road in Solon Springs.

Trail 935 is still closed. open trails have not been groomed and are early season ridding conditions.

Stay off the lakes.

TRAILS ARE OPEN

Polk County Snowmobile Trails and ATV/UTV Frozen ground use trails are CLOSED as of Noon on December 18th, 2025.

As of 12-24-25 Price County will be opening our snowmobile trails. Early season POOR riding conditions with ruts, bumps and very thin snow in some areas. Extreme caution should be used by anyone wanting to get out and ride. Not all lakes have been marked, if not marked DO NOT RIDE THE LAKES.

All trails remain CLOSED
