Located just 8 miles south of Ashland, Wisconsin on 237 beautiful acres of woods and wildlife ponds, you will be secluded, yet minutes away from great shopping and restaurants in Ashland. Come view/photograph wildlife right off the deck of the home. Hike and X-country ski outside your front door! Mowed walking trails thru developed waterfowl ponds. Easy legal access to State Snowmobile Trail System. Hunting leases are also available under separate agreement. We are open year round.There is ample parking for any trucks and trailers, boat trailers, etc. There is a one stall garage that can be used to store non-motorized vacation items like canoes, kayaks, bicycles, skis, etc.
