Anchor Inn Campground

Anchor Inn Campground is conveniently located next to Johnson’s Store (the only gas station & grocery store in town) and across the street from the town park. This small campground, located 1 mile from Lake Superior, offers full hook-ups (water, sewer, electric) & electric-only sites, tenting, & 3 cabins. Cabins are small with basic hotel amenities. The shower house is a separate building. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, ATM, gas, auto supplies, full grocery (Johnson's Store), pet-friendly, fire rings, picnic tables & ATV/UTV trail access. Open May 1st-October 15th. Call for information & reservations.

It is a short walk to Twin Falls, The Port Bar & Restaurant, and South Shore Bar. They are one mile from the gorgeous beaches of Lake Superior and the Port Wing Marina. The harbor is complete with new bathrooms, a boardwalk, a pier, and a public boat launch. Located just 45 minutes from the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, Bayfield, Hayward, and Duluth–a great central location to see all the attractions in our area!
