Dalrymple Park

Dalrymple Park and Campground, located near Bayfield, provides a delightful blend of rustic camping and easy access to the town. With campsites offering views of Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands, it’s an ideal location for relaxation and enjoying nature's beauty. This campground offers 34 rustic tent & RV sites overlooking Lake Superior. Some sites are better suited to family group camping, with electricity available at most. Potable water is available, but no water or sewer hook-ups are available. It has two pit toilet structures and no showers. Firewood is available in town at several locations. This campground is operated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that City Hall does not monitor whether sites are available. The campground is an easily bikeable mile away from the heart of town but feels drastically removed from the city's burgeoning tourist vibe.
