Jordan Park

This 271 acre park has the 85 acre Jordan Pond and Plover River flowing through it. There’s a large picnic area, picnic lodge, open pavilion, showers, boat ramp, trailer dump station, playground equipment, nature center, nature trail, swimming beach, and baseball field. The 22 site campground is open May 1st – October 31st. In addition to the main campground, three canoe campsites adjacent to the Plover River exist. All sites except the canoe sites are provided with electrical hookups. Approximately half the sites are reservable. Reservations are made at the Portage County Parks office, either in person, through the mail or on this website with Master Card or VISA and must be made at least 7 days in advance of when a site is to be occupied. The campground also has a handicapped site that can be reserved.
