Newly constructed 5 Bedroom 3 ½ Bath home on Bass Lake in Eagle River (New in 2017). 2022 Montego Bay 22 Foot Fish & Cruise Deluxe Pontoon with 115hp Suzuki 4-Stroke Engine Available for Rent - Boat is Onsite and All You Have to do is Replace the Gas! Bass Lake is a pristine semi-private full rec lake that does not have a public boat landing or any public access so there is no way for you to launch a boat you rent locally or bring with you. We do however provide a small 2 Person 12 Foot Jon Boat/Row Boat, Paddle Boat, Canoe, 2 Kayaks and 2 Paddle Boards for your use and have 2022 Pontoon Boat Onsite Available for Rent. The property includes 2 permanent docks. A swim/fishing dock as well as a boat dock where we dock our pontoon.
