This is a really nice home with all the comforts of a well built house featuring warm finishes and Northwoods touches. The views can't be beat. Here you will get your own dock, your own fire pit and hammock... lots of grass too. Laundry, dishwasher and A/C are all included. We include a nice gas bbq grill with this unit and provide the gas too! This house is pet friendly, one of very few pet friendly waterfront rentals in St. Germain. Small additional fee for pets. 

Lakehome 10 has two floors connected by a spiral staircase. The upper main floor has 2 bedrooms, a king master with a huge walkin shower and a second room with a queen bed. There is a kitchen, living room, dining room and second bathroom on this level. The lower floor is family suite with a couple of interesting nooks. Here you will find an additional queen bed, a sleeper sofa and a kids loft with two twins and a third bathroom. Both floors have direct outside access. There are 4 TVs in this house, the living room, family suite and each of the bedrooms. New queen & king mattresses.
