Relax in the scenic view of the 13th fairway from your own private deck overlooking the greens.  Bring your clubs for a great golfing experience on this championship golf course.  This paved walking/cart trail leads you to fine dining, as well as use of the swimming pool and tennis courts located at the clubhouse.  This same trail is groomed for cross-country skiing as the winter transforms the view into a winter wonderland! Bring your toys … ATVs, snowmobiles, and bicycles … to partake in the many trails located in and around this peaceful community.

As a guest of the homeowner, enjoy use of the 2 clubhouses, 2 heated swimming pools, 2 lighted tennis courts, ski chalet, basketball/volleyball courts, pavilions … and 3 well-maintained beach areas, boat launches, and playground equipment of Lake Arrowhead.  This 325-acre lake is stocked with bass, northern, walleye and pan fish for your boating and fishing activities.  During the summer season, the award-winning Shermalot Ski Team performs twice weekly.
